Refund Policy

AxisNodes Refund Policy Last Updated: April 11, 2026 At AxisNodes, we are confident in the quality of our high-performance hosting infrastructure. To ensure your satisfaction while protecting our operational costs, we provide the following refund guidelines. By purchasing any service from https://axisnodes.in or https://billing.axisnodes.in, you agree to the terms below. 1. 24-Hour Money-Back Guarantee We offer a refund window for all eligible products and services if you are not completely satisfied, provided the request is made within 24 hours of the initial purchase. 1.1. Game Servers (Minecraft, GTA V, etc.) Refund Amount: 100% of the purchase price. Condition: Request must be submitted via a billing ticket within 24 hours of the transaction. 1.2. Virtual Private Servers (VPS) The "300 Rupee" Rule: All approved VPS refunds are subject to a ₹300 (Three Hundred INR) Processing & Setup Fee. Refund Amount: Your original payment minus the ₹300 fee. Timeline: The refund request must be made within 24 hours of the initial purchase. After 24 hours, VPS services are strictly non-refundable. 2. General Refund Eligibility Beyond the initial 24-hour window, refunds are only granted in the following scenarios: Non-Delivery: The service was not provisioned to your account following a successful payment. Persistent Technical Failure: The service is demonstrably non-functional due to hardware or network issues on our end, and AxisNodes support is unable to resolve the issue within 48 hours of a support ticket being opened. 3. Non-Refundable Situations Refunds will NOT be issued under the following circumstances: Buyer's Remorse: Requests made after 24 hours because you changed your mind, no longer need the server, or found a cheaper alternative. AUP/TOS Violations: Services suspended or terminated for illegal activities, including but not limited to: DDoSing, Crypto-mining, Torrenting, or Resource Abuse. Lack of Payment: Services suspended or deleted due to late payment (as per the 7-day deletion rule in our TOS). Third-Party Costs: Domain registrations (.in, .com, etc.), dedicated IPs, or software licenses (e.g., Windows, cPanel) are final sale. Promotional Sales: Services purchased during special "No Refund" or "Final Sale" promotional events. 4. How to Request a Refund To initiate a refund, you must: Open a Ticket: Log in to the AxisNodes Billing Panel and open a ticket under the "Billing" department. Provide Details: Include your Invoice Number and a clear explanation of why you are requesting a refund. Timing: The timestamp on your ticket must be within 24 hours of the original purchase to be eligible for the money-back guarantee. 5. Processing and Timelines Original Method: Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used (UPI, Credit/Debit Card, or Net Banking). Timeframe: Please allow 7–10 business days for the funds to reflect in your account. Third-Party Delays: AxisNodes is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment aggregators. 6. Chargebacks and Disputes Initiating a chargeback or a dispute with your bank/gateway without first attempting to resolve the issue with AxisNodes is a direct violation of this policy. Immediate Action: If a chargeback is initiated, all active services and accounts will be terminated immediately without a refund. Consequences: Your details will be added to hosting industry fraud blacklists, preventing you from purchasing services from many other providers. 7.
