AxisNodes Terms of Service Last Updated: April 11, 2026 Welcome to AxisNodes. These Terms of Service ("TOS" or "Agreement") govern your access to and use of our hosting services, website (https://axisnodes.in), billing panel (https://billing.axisnodes.in), and associated community channels. By purchasing, using, or accessing any AxisNodes product or service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use our services. 1. Definitions "AxisNodes," "we," "us": Refers to the hosting provider. "Client," "you": Refers to the individual or entity purchasing or using our services. "Services": Refers to game servers (Minecraft, GTA V, etc.), VPS, Discord bot hosting, and any other infrastructure provided by AxisNodes. "Content": Any data, files, or media stored on our hardware by the Client. 2. Eligibility and Account Age: You must be at least 18 years of age to register for an account. Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate and complete information upon registration. Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. AxisNodes is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to secure your account. 3. Service Policies 3.1. Server Resource Usage (Fair Use) Our services utilize high-performance hardware (NVMe SSDs, Enterprise CPUs). To ensure stability for all users: CPU/RAM: Sustained usage that negatively impacts other clients on the same node may result in a forced restart or temporary suspension. Storage Ratio: We maintain a general guideline of 5GB of disk space per 1GB of RAM for game servers. Storage must only be used for files directly related to the service (no personal file storage or unrelated backups). 3.2. BungeeCord & Proxy Policy Standalone BungeeCord/Velocity instances are not permitted. At least 50% of the backend servers connected to your AxisNodes proxy must also be hosted on AxisNodes infrastructure. 4. Payments and Billing 4.1. Fees and Renewals All services are billed on a recurring cycle. It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure payment is made by the invoice due date. 4.2. Suspension and Deletion (The 7-Day Rule) Day 1 Late: Your service will be automatically suspended. Access to files and the server will be restricted. Day 7 Late: If the invoice remains unpaid after 7 continuous days, the service will be terminated. All files, databases, and backups will be permanently deleted from our NVMe drives. Liability: AxisNodes is not responsible for any data loss resulting from termination due to non-payment. 5. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination without refund: Crypto Mining: Any form of cryptocurrency mining or blockchain processing. Illegal Activity: Hosting pirated content, phishing, fraud, or child exploitation materials. Network Attacks: Engaging in DDoSing or any activity that disrupts our network or others. Malware: Hosting or distributing viruses, worms, or malicious code. 6. Backups and Data Integrity Client Responsibility: While AxisNodes may perform periodic disaster recovery backups, you are solely responsible for your own data. Disclaimer: AxisNodes provides no guarantee of data availability. We strongly recommend maintaining off-site backups of your critical files. 7. Limitation of Liability TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AXISNODES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM. 8. Intellectual Property & DMCA Ownership: You retain ownership of your content. You grant AxisNodes a license to host and transmit this content solely to provide the service. Takedowns: We respond to valid DMCA notices. If you believe your copyright is being infringed on our network, contact: support@axisnodes.in. 9. Governing Law This Agreement is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes or legal claims arising from these terms shall be settled exclusively by arbitration in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. 10. Changes to Terms AxisNodes reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. For material changes, we will provide 30 days' notice via our Billing Panel or Discord community. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
